Stationary battery systems have an important role in providing back-up power in case of a loss of power supply. Battery Monitoring Systems provide an insight into the condition of these battery systems through continuous surveillance of key battery parameters.
Battery Monitoring Systems measure parameters such as string and cell voltage, string current, cell temperature etc., and provide alarm notifications when these parameters are out of their respective limit values.
This enables the operators to respond quickly with preventive and corrective measures to ensure the proper functioning of the battery system.
Measured results and alarm states can be downloaded to a PC database for further analysis.
